职位描述	we are looking for an experienced Oracle Application Server administrator. Challenges We work in an exiting, and rapidly developing, environment, where you will be able to directly influence our business. We expect you to take an active role in business development, and participate in influencing the process optimisations. Furthermore, you will be expected to participate in ensuring that company stays in front of the technological development. As Application Server administrator, you will be working with both operational- and project tasks. Included are preparation of requirements specifications, system descriptions, design (architecture), test, and ongoing quality ensuring. You will furthermore be handling consultant tasks within your specialist area. Amongst others, company operates one of Europe’s largest Oracle Portal installations. This complex installation is operated on a setup consisting of 35 Linux servers, where Oracle Application Server 10g is installed as front-end, and Oracle RAC as back-end.
职位要求	.Qualifications Your key competencies are within Oracle Application Server 10g product suite (Oracle Fusion Middleware).· l Oracle Webcache · l Oracle Portal· l Oracle J2EE Server· l Oracle Infrastructure/OID(LDAP) - SSO· l Oracle Application Server Cluster (High Availability) Apart from the key areas listed above, we would appreciate if you have a working knowledge of the following areas:· l Linux and Windows· l Network· l Automated deployment of newly developed applications· l Cluster technology· l Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Webservices, ESB etc.)· l Apache HTTP Server administration (Redirects)· l Oracle Identity & Access Management Suite (IAM) You have previously handled platform operation, and thus know the key requirements to a well-functioning platform. You have previously worked with complex installations of Oracle Application Server (incl. the above mentioned products), and have 4-6 years experience with Oracle Application Server products (9i, and 10g). We would prefer that you have an academic IT education, strong analytical abilities, and a structured way of thinking. Your approach to solving the tasks are business oriented, your working methods are structured, and you appreciate that documentation and test are an important part of the business. Your personal skills include the abilities to be outgoing, working well in a team, being proactive, and showing commitment. We value that your personality, level of knowledge, and experience inspires trust and respect among customers and colleagues. We expect you to take responsibility in a team-based organisation. Commitment, initiative, willingness to help, and a healthy sense of humour is essential in a, sometimes, hectic environment. Your ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English will be an advantage.
