职位描述 Job Descriptions：



1.Analysis and support senior manager to establish the detail action plan and target.



2.Technical project introduction and asure the product is in good quality and comply with customer requirement.



3.Strongly implement ACE and Kaizen program.



4.Be responsible for the logistics and administration in production dept.



5.Coordinating with other business unit on operating ACE tool, continually improve the business program.and support senior manager to work on Kaizen improvements.



6.Train the section chief to master the policy or regulation of manufactory. Ensure the training target being completed smoothly.



7.Monitor the TPM completion status and make sure the equipment could be working safely and smoothly.



6.Organize and coordinate the company EH&S and ISO9000 inspection.
职位要求 Job Requirements：



1.Education: Bachelor degree or above



2.Experience: 4 years and above manufacturing experience， familiar with all kinds of manufactory program managements and related departments



3.Language: English communication skill



4.Computer Skills: proficient computer operating skill.



5.Other Key Competencies: Strongly communication skill with other depts., clear and logical thinking, good presentation skills, proficient in ACE and Kaizen tools, and have strong risk sense.
