职位描述	JOB TITLE: Operation Manager Position Code: YK2007175 Job Scope: Manage the overall manufacturing operations to meet customer shipment obligations at the highest level of machine, labour efficiency and quality Job Responsibility:  Manage planning dept to meet customer shipment commitments to achieve on time delivery target  Manage production team consisting of direct and indirect labour to ensure all scheduled production plan are being met  Manage production team to ensure all scheduled plan are being met with set machine and labour efficiency targets  Manage production team to ensure all scheduled plans are being met with set quality targets  Maintain the highest level of 5S and production discipline at all times  Ensure that all reports required internally and externally from the production, engineering area are submitted on time  Compile internal key performance indices for reviews regularly  Manage the production team and work with engineering team for continuous improvement in productivity  Manage the production team and work with engineering/quality team for continuous improvement in Quality  Manage the entire production for continuous reduction of operating cost  Manage the production team to achieve set wastage/process loss/attrition targets set  Ensure production department’s quality system surpass customer’s requirements  Manage New product introduction (NPI) production to meet set schedule and quality targets on an ongoing basis  Manage entire production to minimize scrap cost, WIP holding and on time RMA clearance  Manage the Engineering department to provide adequate support to Production dept to meet all shipment requirements  Manage the Engineering team to ensure optimum machine, labour efficiency, product yields and quality  Establish Continuous improvement programs in Engineering, Production and Materials functions to strive for improvements  Manage Materials department to ensure adequate support in supply chain management to production to meet shipment obligations  Manage Materials department to achieve highest inventory turnover, minimum inventory holding and minimum end of life materials exposure  Work with other functions to identify qualified suppliers, outsourcing partners to complement internal manufacturing requirements  Provide regular reports to management for review  Work with IT department on implementation of IT related infrastructure to support customer’s needs  Ensure production is managed based on corporate and customers physical/IT security policy  Ensure all work processes comply with local governmental, ISO9000/140000 requirements  Any other work assigned by management
职位要求	Qualifications: 1. Engineering degree in Mechanical engineering is preferred 2. At least 5 years relevant managerial experience 3. Very competent English skills 4. Plastic injection, spray painting, assembly process experience is an added advantage
