职位描述	You have many years’ experience in solutions based on standard Microsoft platforms, such as Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, CS2007 or Microsoft Biztalk Server 2006. You have been a developer for at least five years and now work as a solution architect designing advanced Microsoft solutions. Based on your technical knowledge you should be able to translate requirements into advanced solutions that add value to our customers. Your primary role as a solution architect will revolve around projects and support agreements (SLAs) developed in VB.net or C# and based on standard Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (and SPS 2003), MCMS, Biztalk and SQL Server. You use your creativity, analytical skills and business sense to develop concepts and solutions, while independently making decisions on strategy, quality and costs. You present your thoughts in a way that makes technical and business logic crystal-clear to clients, developers and project managers. Challenges You are responsible for ensuring that the client receives an innovative, well-functioning and robust solution. You are able to see a project through from start to finish, are familiar with the scope of the technology and can deliver the agreed quality on time. You will be coordinating all project activities with the project manager’s team in Denmark and will be responsible for the architecture and deliveries of the solution. You work well with our salesforce, tendering for and presenting solutions convincingly to clients. During the development process, you take responsibility for the task and remain focused on client needs while providing excellent service. Your new work environment runs many activities and projects simultaneously. You need to be able to deal with this. You work independently and show initiative in finding the knowledge you need to complete assignments successfully. Yet you are a social person, who enjoys working together with developers, project managers and clients both from Denmark and China. Your working place will be primarily in China but you should expect some travelling activity between Denmark and China. You will play an important role in e\|Solutions, Small Medium Solutions (SMS) department, which currently has 40 employees and provides Service Level Management for application development and small/medium solutions to large public and private companies. Our solutions are intranet, extranet, portals and information management systems based on Microsoft technology. You will be supported by 150 highly skilled developers, architects and project managers all focusing on developing intranet, extranet and portal solutions based on Microsoft technology. You will also receive back-up from another 250 colleagues specialising in operations and support for solutions at more than 2,500 Microsoft servers currently hosted by company. That makes us Denmark’s largest Microsoft partner. Company carries out business-critical work for major Danish and international companies and helps to realise the public sector’s vision of "A digital Denmark".
