Job duties:




· Together with other Business Units, manage machinery and equipment sourcing projects (market analysis, supplier search, vendor evaluation, selection and contracting) with business unit team members.




· Make sure key suppliers perform well according to set targets.




· Develop and maintain good long term relationship with strategic suppliers.




· Monthly report status, progress and achievements on key BU projects.




· Ongoing improve our preferred supplier base and internal processes & tools.




· Report to investment sourcing manager.



The right person must be technically and interpersonally competent and have a good grasp of machine building industry.



The company will provide an attractive salary and benefit package based on your qualifications and achievements . During the first 6 months employment the company will provide several weeks product and skill training.

职位要求 Job Requirements:




· Be able to manage international sourcing projects and cope with pressure. Be proactive and outgoing.




· At least 5 years successful e xp erience as strategic purchaser from machinery builder or machinery projects and achieved over average results.




· Over average technical know-how for different kinds of machinery is an advantage.




· Gained good technical and commercial e xp erience from manufacturing industry.




· Excellent English skills in oral and writing to be able to communicate international.




· Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Power Point.




· Age: at least 28 years old.




· Bachelor degree (Engineering, Purchasing & Supply or Commercial).



Personality:




· Good interpersonal communication skills, team abilities and cultural capabilities.




· Business oriented, taking ownership, a team player with strong leadership to achieve results.




· Great negotiation (technical and commercial competent) skills and ability to make decisions.




· High energy level and be able to work independent.




· Open and direct. Trust worthy (no hidden things), loyal and is ethical.




· Diplomatic mindset to help develop suppliers to meet the company’s e xp ectations.
