职位描述	JOB TITLE: Sr. PE Engineer Position Code: YK2007188 Job Responsibilities: · Drive process consistency, stability and capability · Develop communication channel to and from process engineers at the production facilities and Global Manufacturing Engineering · Lead teams for product and process installations, global project initiatives and local CI projects · Participate in the next generation production process development · Provide direct problem solving support to the production and quality functions
职位要求	Job requirements: · Bachelor degree in engineering, or a related fields · Three or more years of related e xp erience. Demonstrated ability to produce results through process optimization and improvements. · In-depth knowledge of Quality Systems · Strong technical, process focused resource with a deep understanding and interest in optimization of blade manufacturing processes. · Capacity to conceptualize new processes/ways of working · Project management knowledge and skill set · Lean or Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
