职位描述	Challenges Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring optimum planning, performance and reporting for all data management processes relating to clinical trials. This will include setting up trials in Oracle Clinical and Remote Data Capture, routine data management operations, reporting, data handling and validation. Other tasks will include functional support and definition of work processes in the area of Clinical Data Management. The data management function we provide is moving ahead fast, so there will be ample opportunities for playing a part in defining and influencing our future development. As one of the more experienced members of the team of clinical data managers within PharmaIT, you will be involved in improving our processes and training your less experienced colleagues.
职位要求	Qualifications You are an experienced clinical data manager, with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the processes involved - from trial set-up in databases through to data clean-up, trial closure and reporting to sponsors. You are outgoing and a good team player. You are friendly, proactive and highly motivated. You take a positive approach to your work and you regard customer contact as a natural part of the job. Though not mandatory, experience with OC, TMS, SAS or EDC would be an advantage.
