职位描述	1.Define roles and responsibilities for the Quality Function. 2.Define interfaces in to the BU’s and the Divisions using a matrix structure. 3.Member of the Global Quality Leadership team (Strategic Quality meeting with all Quality Directors). 4.Define structure and geography of the organization, competence needs and interaction with stakeholders. 5.Establish the China quality team. Global Processes implemented which are in line with the Global Quality Strategy, the divisional quality strategies, and customer requests and expectations 1.Identification of processes (management, support, customer oriented). 2.Be a member (leader) in the definition of global processes. 3.Development and implementation throughout the China organization. 4.Definition and implementation of KPI´s for the processes. 5.Training and follow up to ensure continuously improvement of the processes. Quality integration of new business activities into the systems and culture.
