职位描述 Responsibility:


A. Cost Accounting


1) Overview the whole closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting on mfg related accounts;




2) Periodically review inventory status to ensure proper reserve on Excess and Obsolete inventory items and timely scrap non-usable items;




3) Review account reconciliation for all inventory accounts.



B. Factory Control


1) Enhance control over receiving and delivering in all warehouse locations to ensure accurate and timely inventory movement;




2) Ensure data and transaction flow within manufacturing from receiving to shipping to accounting are properly controlled as well as getting involved in its process improvement;




3) Ensure sarbox documentations are adequate for manufacturing area;




4) Organize annual stock-take.




C. Manufacturing Plan & Analysis


1) Be responsible for annual manufacturing business plan, budget control, monthly forecast/outlook, variance analysis, etc.;




2) Ensure monthly reporting package are timely provided, including manufacturing contribution reconciliation, OPS tracking, margin analysis, overhead analysis, order & shipment, quality cost tracking, misc. report, etc.




3) Participate the quarterly Operation Review, providing the accurate information and meaningful analysis, action plan, etc.




4) Understand product cost, including target cost as well as what actions are in place to address them;




Key Measurements:



1. Provide accurate and timely records for inventory accounting;




2. Provide all analysis and reports on a timely and accurate basis;




3. Enhanced control environment in factory inventory related process;




4. Provide accurate and timely manufacturing contribution forecast and R&O information;




5. Achieve “Satisfactory” rating in all support area
