职位描述 Responsible for the identification of the current and future customers needs of equipment and components.




Upon identification of needs, He/she has to find or develop potential suppliers and establish valuable and sustainable relationships with them in order to secure procurement of such equipment at the right time, quality and price.




Ø Continuously identification of customer equipment and services needs together with business, technology and quality insurance representatives.




Ø Global Market and Supplier analysis.




Ø Analysis of customers capital investment strategies and plans




Ø Wording of sourcing strategy and related action plans.




Ø Development and maintenance of framework or trade agreement with suppliers.




Ø Audit and qualification of suppliers




Ø Assist Contract Manager in the front end phases of construction projects ( e.g. pre-selection of suppliers, negotiation and preparation of contracts)




Ø Monitoring of suppliers performance across project portfolio
职位要求 The position requires strong leadership, communications, business and global supply-chain




skills. These skills are needed to build long-term, strategic relationships with supply chain




partners, to aggressively reduce total costs while not focusing solely on price but also on




shorter delivery time and bespoke/customized solutions based on the newest technology.




Ø have at least 3-5 years working experiences in the project procurement management




Ø Good English and computer skills.




Ø The canditate can go to business trip and stay at site for some time.
