职位描述	Tasks: 1.Together with the DSC Sales Managers and sales engineers in the region (China, ASEan1, Asean2, *Australia….) map and visit potential compressor costumers. Assist in compressor selections and agree with the costumers on activities with the objective of using more compressors. 2.Initiate new activities and follow up on the agreed activities. 3.Initiate and follow up on costumer laboratory tests. 4.Work out commercial offers and assist in price setting 5.Give input to the product development on new product demands, and work out business cases for new types and variant. 6.Assist DSC's in the yearly costumer agreements. 7.Make compressor demand plans for the hole region (input to production) 8.Assist in marketing and promotion activities in the Region. 9.Identify training needs and initiate training activities for both DSC's as well as for customers. 10.Introduction and training for new product introductions to DSC's as well as costumers. 11.Collect and report market data for the Region.
职位要求	Requirements: 1.B.Sc. in mechanical engineering. 2.Commercial training or degree. 3.Commercial experience from direct sales activities. 4.Min 3 years experience with design of refrigeration systems using hermetic fractional HP compressors. 5.Worked in multi cultural organization. 6.Excellent communication skills. 7.English fluency, both verbally and orally. 8.Leader who can excite and drive a matrix organization-motivate and create excitement. 9.Extrovert. 联系方式： Pls send your resume to hr02@yukinchina.com or sheila.2008@163.com
