职位描述	1.Provides financial analysis/advice to management to enable them to make business decisions on resource optimization, cost reduction, pricing to enhance profitability of company. 2. Responsible for budgeting/planning, and monthly forecast and variance analysis; 3.Conducts the periodical financial reporting and performance review. 4.Conducts special studies/projects and recommends solutions to capital investment, complex accounting issues that requires a thorough knowledge of finance accounting concepts and systems. 5.Improve the current process with high productivity. 6.Manage, motivate, and training subordinates.
