职位描述	1.Responsible for problem solving and trouble shooting to keep product quality. 2.Maintain, update and implement the management system of mould and tools. 3.Based on the analysis and study of the Process/Operation, drive improvement actions. 4.In charge of deep analysis on IR Scanning. 5.As a member of the Blade internal audit team, regularly audit on final complete blade. 6.In-charge of selecting and introducing of the new equipment. 7.Participate supplier technical/quality management.
