职位描述	* Set up training system/center, provide strong support to the related depts * Organize and manage university recruitment * To provide effective and efficient HR services to support achievement of target business goals.
职位要求	* At lease five years related work experience in training area. Good knowledge in HR general is preferable such as experience in drafting policies, university recruitment, so on. * Rich experience in organizing large size training project and other activities with high remark. * An excellent player in team leading with flexible management skills * BS degree at least.
