猎头职位 职位名称 Audit Manager 公司信息 An International Company. 职位描述 Position Code: YK2007185 Location: Beijing / Shanghai Reporting to: Audit Director / Senior Audit Manager Position Specification: To support OCL in meeting its stated business objectives by assisting Audit Director / Senior Audit Manager to understand, communicate, and monitor business risk, and assess and recommend cost-effective improvements in business control modeling. Basic Accountabilities: 1 Communicate with management and Audit Director / Senior Audit Manager to determine audit scope. 2 Develop and update audit plan to address significant business risks. 3 Supervise work performed by audit team members and ensure the quality of work product. 4 Hold closing meeting with senior management and give value added recommendations. 5 Review and issue assessment or audit report. 6 Develop audit staff by providing appropriate training and performance appraisal. 7 Implement and maintain effective cost controls over the audit expenses. 8 Assist in recommending and executing operational audit strategic initiatives while supporting management strategies. 9 Act as system administration of E-banking system. 职位要求 Qualification Requirement: ·Education: University degree. Preferably major in finance related subjects ·E xp erience: Over 5 years relevant e xp erience in sizable multinational company or Big 4 accountancy firm. IT audit background or e xp erience is a plus. ·Language: Proficiency in both English and Chinese ·Computer Skills: Be familiar with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of JDE is a plus.
