Job Responsibilities
A. Operations
- To supervise engineering department staffs to support customer shipment requirements in area of NPI, process engineering, equipment maintenance & calibration
- To ensure products leaving the company meets and even exceeds customers’ engineering coverage expectation
- Lead a team of engineers to provide engineering support to production in the areas of NPI, process engineering, equipment maintenance & calibration, process refinement and continuous quality improvement
- Lead team of process engineers to provide engineering support to production in the areas of continuous cycle time improvement and cost reduction
- Provide an effective preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment/system downtime and ensure that new equipment are ready for production
- Champion the overall calibration & maintenance program for all equipment requiring periodic calibration to ensure that all equipment used are conforming to international standards
- Interface with internal and external customers on continuous process/test improvements and yield
- NPI and Product transfer from customer/other manufacturing sites
- Ongoing process/test engineering development for cost and quality improvement


B. Management responsibility
- Company’s Management Representative for all engineering related communications with both internal and external customers
- Provide routine management report eg. Process/Test yield report on company’s quality performance
- Ensure that all processes are in adherence to company’s quality system and customer’s requirement
- Ensure that company’s quality objectives are met yearly
职位要求 Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience.
3. Good command of written and spoken English communication.
4. Strong leadership skills or experience
