To provide Process, Maintenance & Test engineering support to the rest of the company. - Be responsible for all things in the factory in relation to facility and equipment operation and maintenance. - Manage all engineering department staffs to execute transfers of products into the company as well as work with R & D department to introduce new products - EHS
职位要求	Job Responsibilities A.Operations - To supervise engineering department staffs to support customer shipment requirements in area of NPI, process engineering, equipment maintenance & calibration - Lead a team of engineers to provide engineering support to production in the areas of NPI, process engineering, equipment maintenance & calibration, continuous cycle time improvement and cost reduction -Provide an effective preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment/system downtime and ensure that new equipment are ready for production; Responsible for managing and maintaining utilities in the plant such as water、electricity, and steam. -Champion the overall calibration & maintenance program for all equipment requiring periodic calibration to ensure that all equipment used are conforming to international standards -NPI and Product transfer from customer/other manufacturing sites -Responsible for the facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, environmental conservation, fire protection, and maintaining equipment and facility to meet all requirements of safety and regulatory agencies. B.Management responsibility -Company’s Management Representative for all engineering related communications with both internal and external customers -Strong project management skills required. -Good communication skill with the other departments. -Good computer skill with office software Requirements: -English for technical documents. -Familiarity with injection molding equipment, printing equipment and assembly equipment preferred. -Bachelor degree in mechanical/ electronics is needed. -Min. 5 years working experience.
