职位描述	JOB TITLE: Senior Tax Manager DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES： ●Lead tax planning projects. ●Basic Accountabilities: ●Identify any process break and fix them. ●Put into place proper control to ensure tax compliance. ●Put forward tax planning proposals for approval by management followed by implementation. ●Research financial, tax, contractual and commercial issues for any merger & acquisitions, capital injection and restructuring. ●Work with other tax groups to coordinate/harmonize in country tax planning, e.g. Withholding Income Tax and Individual Income Tax Matters. ●Transfer Pricing documentation. ●Provide technical support and advice to Controllers for VAT and other non-income taxes. ●Provide advice and support to Controllers in handling income tax and non-income tax audits. ●Maintaining and monitoring the effectiveness of Tax Department Sobarx Key Controls. ●Perform other duties as required ●Occasional travel is expected ●Benefits from tax planning projects ●Tax audit defense effectiveness ●Stakeholders’ feedback
职位要求	○QUALIFICATIONS： ●Education: College or above in accounting or tax major ●Experience: At least 5 years accounting firm experience ●Language: Capable of reading and writing English fluently.
