职位描述	JOB TITLE: Finance Analyst JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Forecast budget preparation, and find out keyreasons for the variance 2. Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually management reports. 3. Work with accounting and cost team to meet monthly closing requirement. 4. Assist operation team and sales team in preparing managerial data and analysis. 5. Project management in new CIP and capital management. 6. Work with cost accountant in inventory control and cost analysis.
职位要求	JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor degree in accounting or other relative management area, master degree is preferred. 2. 3 years accounting working e xp erience in foreign owned multinational enterprise and 2 years in costing, reporting and analysis; 3. General understanding of USA GAAP and PRC regulations. 4. Good understanding of costing and working capital control. 5. Sound computer skills in Microsoft office (esp. in Excel.) and ERP knowledge, knew Oracle and Hyperion is preferred. 6. Ability to work under pressure and sound problems solving. 7. Good command of English and Mandarin.
