职位描述 You will be responsible for a professional handling of all HR matters in our Chinese offices in close coordination with our Danish headquarter. You will handle all day to day HR business and you will actively take part in finalising our HR policies and processes.

Your daily communication with your 16 colleagues in HR in Denmark demands that you are fluent in English, in writing as well as orally.

Company provide a variety of IT services, i.e. facility management, development and quality management. We are a brand new company in China where we currently employ more than 35 highly skilled professionals. We expect to expand at a rapid pace.

Challenges
Your responsibilities include all HR related tasks in company, such as HR policies, recruitment, employee guidance, coaching, employee competency development, support of management etc. Also, you will set up and maintain our process descriptions and tools. All of this is done in close cooperation with our HR department in Denmark. You will report directly to the General Manager.

As we are a new company in China, you will initially spend a lot of time developing and communicating our HR policies and procedures. Another important task will be to conduct recruitment interviews.

Your role is also to be a person, whom the employees can trust and go to for advice.

In brief, your main tasks will be:

Developing HR policies and guidelines in collaboration with Finance, the General Manager and the Danish HR department

Screening and interviewing candidates

Preparing and negotiating employee contracts

Communicating with head hunters

Handling hiring’s, dismissals etc.

Responsible for all salary reviews and for conducting salary adjustments

Staying updated on Chinese HR policies and laws

Communicating and coordinating with Danish HR department

Ad hoc HR related administrative tasks

职位要求 Qualifications
You hold an academic degree and at least 5 years experience of working with HR, preferably with an international company. Experience from the IT industry, an IT consultancy and/or the pharmaceutical industry is a must. Knowledge of SAP HR will be an advantage. You are familiar with all details in Chinese staff and employment laws and stay updated on the latest news and changes.




You have comprehensive experience and knowledge of HR related tasks, supporting your company’s business strategy. Your experience also covers the recruitment process. You habitually carry out activities to develop the organisation as well as the employees, at both a strategic and operational level.




You inspire confidence and enthusiasm in our employees and you enjoy coaching and motivating others.




You possess keen communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English, and it is no challenge for you to conduct long telephone conversations in English. You communicate well with both managers and employees at all levels.




You take a structured approach to your work and being responsible comes natural to you. You are service-minded, outgoing and interested in establishing a long-term working relationship.
