职位描述	Job Purpose 岗位目的: 管理及协调工艺设备组的工作，确保生产及研发设备的良好运行及制剂厂设施的完好性及有效性，以满足公司正常运营的需要。 Manage and coordinate the work in process equipment support team, ensure manufacturing and R&D equipment are in good condition and make the equipment effective to meet the manufacturing needs Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责: 1. 确保生产设备的正常运转，以满足生产的需要。 Ensure the normal working of manufacturing equipment to meet the business need. 2. 开发、调研新设备及改进设备的生产能力，确保产品按计划投入生产。 Develop, research to improve production equipment capacity and OEE, ensure production plan completion 3. 与VS共同监督GMP及SOP在本部门的运作，符合国家及GSK的标准要求。 4. 协调与其它内部、外部客户的合作关系，保证高质量、高效率的部门运作。 Coordinate with other internal and external customer to ensure operation in engineering department of high quality and high efficiency. 5. 激励及促进员工培训，提高员工的专业技术水平，从而确保个人及部门目标的完成，更好地服务于生产。Motivate and facilitate employee training, improve them technical skill. Ensure individual and department goal achievement and good support for production. 6. 确保所有设施的有效性及安全性，做好年度预防维修和备件计划。 Maintain all equipment running effectively and safely, responsible to make annual PM and spare parts plan and implementation. 7. 激励并支持员工对设备不断地进行改进，达到适应生产的需要能力。 Support employee for continue equipment improvement to meet production requirement 8.积极参与OE活动，不断改进提高设备工艺能力。 Involving OE activity, continue improve process equipment capacity. 9.指导下属不断提高设备OEE水平，提高设备运转率，降低设备故障率。 Support employee to improve production line OEE, increase equipment availability, reducing equipment failure. 10.负责生产设备相关项目组织实施及验证工作，确保质量的稳定及在计划的时间内，按预算完成。 Responsible for process equipment related project organization and validation, ensure project delivered within planed time, quality and budget.
职位要求	JOB required: * 机电一体化或相关专业，本科以上学历。 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical. * 5年以上制药设备维护管理和操作工作经验，和3年以上基层管理经验。 Over 5 years Pharmacy equipment maintenance and operation experience, over 3 years supervisor level management experience * 经过系统的GMP、安全培训，有较强的安全质量意识。具备电气、机械专业知识。 Traning in GMP, satety and strong safety and quality consciousness * 熟练的英语听，说，读，写能力。 Good English in speaking, reading and writing * 具有良好的沟通及协调能力，丰富的本行业实践经验.熟练应用AutoCAD. Good communication and coordinate ability, enough hands on experience in the field Good command of CAD software
