职位描述 1. Understands and manages to group and site EH&S objectives.
2. Ensure implementation local EH&S initiatives to meet operations goals.
3. Represent EH&S as a member of Group EHS Management Team.
4. Manage escalated, difficult or complex issues.
5. Engage and influence next level management to ensure positive outcomes.
6. Network locally, and globally to ensure the development of EH&S best practice across GRC.
7. Represent the TianJin factory, as the principle contact between Government, enforcement agencies and Non Government Organisations for all EH&S matters.
8. Ensure accurate and timely reporting against operations KPI’s
9. Report KPI’ results for EH&S and make recommendations to senior management
10. Develop and implement performance measurement tools and benchmarks (KPI’s).
11. Drive the EHS committee establishment and enhance all employee involvement in EHS protection activities.
12. Develop and implement training programs for LMTJ, aligned to the Group Standards and local operations needs.
13. Provide guidance, direction and development training to employees with less experience.
14. Coaching and supporting representatives/managers in delivery of the EH&S agenda.
职位要求 1. Minimum 5 years factory & manufacturing experience in a international company.

6. Specialist knowledge of Environment and Health & Safety requirements.
7. Knowledge of Chinese legislation and standards

11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
