职位描述	JOB TITLE: Operation Manager Position Code: YK2007199 Job Responsibility: Manage entire production to minimize scrap cost, WIP holding and on time RMA clearance dept to meet all shipment requirements Establish Continuous improvement programs in Engineering, Production and Materials functions to strive for improvements Work with other functions to identify qualified suppliers, outsourcing partners to complement internal manufacturing requirements Manage the production team and work with engineering team for continuous improvement in productivity Manage the production team and work with engineering/quality team for continuous improvement in Quality Manage the entire production for continuous reduction of operating cost Manage the production team to achieve set wastage/process loss/attrition targets set Ensure production department’s quality system surpass customer’s requirements
职位要求	Qualifications: 1.Bachlor or Master degree 2. At least 5 years relevant managerial experience 3. Very competent English skills
