职位名称 Production Manager
公司信息 An international Manufature company.
职位描述 ■DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

·Set up the organization for shop floor production to ensure the sufficient resources which can fulfil the production target in terms of capacity and manning
·Training and education for both BCW and white-collar staff to meet the requirement of efficient and lean manufacturing process
·Responsible for the budget of labour and manufacturing cost and improve overall production cost and efficiency
·Responsible and support for new products/processes realization in production and manage projects designed to improve processes, M-flow and time.
·Ensure that production systems are in place to meet quality requirements either of internal QA function, second party or third part.
·Ensure that effective systems of continuous improvement, lean production are in place and used throughout the organization
·Other daily management of manufacturing issues
职位要求 ■QUALIFICATIONS:


·8 years related working experience, 5 years production management position experience,
·Has strong capability on problem solving and planning/scheduling and project management.
·Knowledge and practical experience on Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
·Strong communication skill and will to win.
·Good command of English. Necessary knowledge on finance and accounting
