职位描述	Responsible for maintenance of whole plant facilities, buildings, machinery and special equipment to meet operational and legal requirements. Responsible for the whole process from taking over buildings and setting up an excellent maintenance & facility department. Develop plans and upkeep and maintenance of all site buildings and infrastructures within the facility including power supply, water supply/drainage, air compressors, ventilation system, heating/cooling system and fire protection system, etc. Manage improvement projects related to machinery and buildings. Coordinate special equipment maintenance with external resource, such as maintenance of cranes, forklifts, etc. Manage workshop cleaning by coordinating housekeeping vendor. Supervision of facility technicians, electricians and develop their competencies.
职位要求	Bachelor degree, major in Asset Management, Civil Construction or HVAC Engineering or equivalent. 4-5 years of working experience in facility maintenance or related field. Working experience in building management tooling, asset management system is preferred. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience with effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent coordination skills, service minded, good team player, self-motivated, able to motivate others effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
