职位描述	SUMMARY OF JOB SCOPE: Directs all accounting, financing, tax, cash flow management, operating expenses monitoring, operating plan and insurance package study and renewal. Working knowledge and understanding of international () and Chinese GAAP is a pre-requisite. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: · Provide leadership in developing and documenting company accounting policies and procedures. · Act as principal financial advisor to the top management. · Develop and monitor financial reporting and control systems including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Analysis, Audit Compliance, Cash Management, Financial Analysis, Tax Reporting, Variance Analysis, and Forecasting. · Supervises the preparation of all required annual reports, annual budgets and recommends actions to enhance the financial performance of the organization. · Team management.
职位要求	QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting and minimum six years experience as a leader of Finance in a Multi-National Corporation. · Strong PC and spreadsheet skills are a must. · Mandarin Chinese and English language skills are required.
