职位描述 Responsibilities:
The engineer is responsible for the mechanical design of assemblies, housings, fixtures, test equipment and hardware related to the fabrication and production of products. These products will include electromagnetic devices such as motors as well as higher-level assemblies that may include motors, gears, lead screws, etc.
Primary duties are identified below. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Perform CAD based drafting functions as necessary and has the overall responsibility of checking and completion of documentation.
2. Selecting the equipment and fixture according to the requirement of project. Define the key spare part and prepare the suitable pare part stock accordingly.
3. Debugging the equipment to meet process requirement.
4. Define the daily maintenance and protective maintenance equirement for the equipment.
5. Training operator for the safety operation and daily maintenance requirement.
6. Work with manufacturing engineers as well as production personnel to resolve technical issues that are identified through the manufacturing process.
7. Must be capable of translating incomplete customer requirements into useful technical specifications.
8. Must be capable to design the fixture and tooling as needed.
9. Support the current production line in terms of equipment maintenance, quality improvement, safety operation and etc.
职位要求 1.2 years experience with precision motion system design, preferably for precision manufacturing applications (semiconductor, flat panel display, hard disk drive, precision machining, etc.).
2.Prior experience in designing and manufacturing high precision machinery.
3.Prior experience in using solid modeling CAD software for mechanical design.
4.Theoretical and practical understanding of precision motion, including air bearing systems.
5.Prior experience with FEA analysis and modal analysis desired.
6.Fluency in English in terms of listening, speaking, reading and writing..
7.Must have strong written and oral communication skills for direct and frequent communication with internal and external customers and suppliers.
8.Must have good interpersonal skills for our multi-functional design team environment.
9.Bachelor’s Degree from and accredited college or university is required. A Master’s Degree is desired.Mechanical Engineering
10.Working experience: The CNC related experience is preferred.
