职位描述	•Set up and continuously improve Engineering systems including planned maintenance, calibration, spare parts management, risk management etc. to provide engineering support to manufacturing operations in efficient, cost effective and safety way. •Well manage planned maintenance schedule to maximize life span and efficiency of building and equipments. •Well manage utility operation to ensure utility equipments works in a good condition and minimize related down time. •Fully understand the requirement of GMP, EHS and ensure Engineering operations comply with the requirements. •To provide supervision on site engineering projects and ensure the implementation on time and within budget. •Lead and develop Engineering team and upgrade the team capability
职位要求	•Bachelor degree or above major in mechanics, electric or automation. •Strong background in Engineering and technologies. •At lest 5 years hands-on experience on maintenance and engineering management •Good English and computer skills •Good team work and leadership •Knowledge and experience about Pharmaceutical industry and GMP will be preferred.
