职位描述	1. Directs daily production to identify and resolve problem areas related to staffing, scheduling, production planning, material planning, tooling, safety, facility repair and maintenance, quality and production line arrangements. 2. Must be able to manage, supervise and to direct Team Leaders in order that they are able to facilitate the manufacture and shipping of quality product per schedule with a strong emphasis on maximizing throughput, minimizing work-in progress and eliminating scrap and waste, all within the confines of a safe working environment and within the established budget.
职位要求	1. 4 years degree in business or an appropriate technical degree; an advanced degree in business or management is desirable. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least five years of manufacturing supervision experience with multi-national companies. 3. Proficiency in the English Language is required with the ability of understanding, interpreting, speaking, and written communication. 4.
