职位描述	1.In charge of the Lab test quality system setup, Including standard operation procedure and specification etc, in compliance with ISO 17025 and related test standards. 2.Define the quality procedure and work flow to control all lab incoming goods and material, minimize potential impact to lab output. 3.Conduct internal audits periodically to monitor the daily operation in compliance with our Specification and Procedure. 4.Lead project for existing lab quality system continuous improvement. 5.Coordinate the audit from outside, such as UL.
职位要求	.Degree in mechanical /thermal dynamic / refrigeration engineering 2.At least 3 years working experience in related field. 3.Lab working experience on refrigeration compressor test is preferred. 4.Good understanding to the compressor test standards. 5.Good understanding to ISO 17025 6.Must have experience working with people with different culture and background 7. Good spoken ,written English skill 8. Strong sense of responsibility and team work.
