职位描述	A General Manager in a new start international company Summary: Provides overall direction and guidance to the operation in Tianjin . The General Manager position is branch a Senior Manager to lead the division through start up and expansion over the next decade. Our goal is to place an individual with fluid power/construction equipment knowledge that has long term senior management experience. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Senior Management experience and a stable resume as far as companies that they have worked for in the past. The success of the operation will require someone that is a self starter, disciplined and will make the commitment to stay the course during the first several years of development. Overall Responsibilities: Manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies. Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth, profit and other established performance benchmarks. Implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization. Develop a strategy for lean deployment to ensure that actions are taken quickly to improve and sustain performance within the company. Manage assigned personnel in performance of their duties including, but not limited to, hiring, evaluation, scheduling work activities, discipline and discharge. Key Areas of Interest during Start Up: Growing sales in china Developing and delivering the Sales & Marketing strategy and plans for the Chinese market. Participate in the strategic planning processes for Sales, Marketing, and Distribution for the Chinese market. Providing input to Operations from the sales perspective to support the profitable expansion of the business and increased sales Take a lead role in developing the business into a Corporate Enterprise from Representative Office status. *Providing input regarding sourcing of product to realize product cost reductions needed to be competitive in .
职位要求	Requirements: Fifteen years of experience in increasingly responsible management positions where excellent performance and employee management skills have been emphasized. Ten years experience at a senior level. Fluid Power, hydraulic seal or hydraulic component experience and/or construction/heavy equipment experience Language Ability: Conversational English ability is required. Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English and Chinese. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and the headquarters. Computer Skills: Proficiency in order processing, inventory, manufacturing, Access database and Internet software; possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Masters Degree preferred.
