职位描述	Process Engineer---Assembly & Surface Treatment(组装工艺工程师)--YK2008093  Time study, line balancing & target setting to achieve high productivity.  Optimize flow & layout to support short lead time and reduce WIP.  Follow up production, support when breakdowns.  Control nickel plating surface and quality.  Run in new machines.  Daily support on technical knowledge to production supervisor/manager.  Run process audits & SOP audit in corporation with production supervisor/manager.  Participate and execute continues improvement in processes and products.  Develop/maintain SOP´s (standard operational procedures ).  Test and implement new products on related machines  Participate with purchasing and implementation of new technologies, also make machine specification.  Work together with value stream to systematic solve problems when they happen.  Work close together with R&D function with focus on optimal "Design For Manufacturing".
职位要求	Is engineer with relevant bachelor or master.  At least 3 year relevant working experience.  Has experience with Assembly & surface treatment.  Has experience with CAD (AutoCaD/Pro-E/other 3D-CAD).  Has a practical approach to technique, is independent but can work in a team.  Is open and honest in your communication – also when the communication is in English.  Has respect for quality & safety and is taken proactively responsibility into this.  Is flexible to stay in Denmark for 3-9 months.
