猎头职位 职位名称 VMware specialist 公司信息 职位描述 You should participate in day to day tasks and projects with the global team on virtualisation solution. The task/project can be migrations from physical to virtual, general day to day operations of the VMware hosting environment, consultancy service or project implementation for customers, etc. 职位要求 Office education with 3-5 years’ working experience or an IT education of 1-2 years’ duration also combined with 3-5 years’ working experience. The position requires a high knowledge of IT on VMWare products, a VCP education is a must and it is preferred if you have the certificate. A high level of IT knowledge on VMWare is required. Experience with customer service e.g. from a HelpDesk to 2nd line support is preferred. You need to have at least 2 years’ experience on VMWare solution as server operator or solution practitioner. It is preferred if you have project experience of full cycle on designing/practising/operating physical servers to virtual environment. Additionally, if you familiar with Microsoft 2003 Server product family with working experience on MS server 2003 environment, it will also be your extra point. Excellent Written and Spoken English is strongly recommended when you are supporting global customers. You should be able to work in a busy environment and at the same time offer good service. Good communication and co-operation skills are a natural part of your personality as well as the ability to think analytical and take on responsibility of your tasks. You are not intimidated by deadlines or frequent changes in the organisation and you are flexible in solving the many different tasks in the team.
