职位描述	1.Ensure supplies required products to customers, operational level production planning, and optimization of the production process from raw material to finish products 2.Prepare reports which summarize and forecast department activities and competence position 3.Establish and/or recommend major strategic economic objectives and polices to management 4.Ensure efficient production process, contagiously improve productivity 5.Monitor department expenses to keep expenditures within acceptable budget limits 6.Review and evaluate inventory and production capacities 7.Actively participate in the management of the Site 8.Ensure performance management within department and develop employee, and an efficient department organisation capable of meeting targets 9.Ensure that the area is in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
