职位描述	Job Purpose 岗位目的: 带领下属确保管辖内所有设备、设施的正常运转。 lead subordinate to ensure that all equipment and facility is working in order Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责: 1.协调组织完成锅炉系统、空压系统、RO水、高低压配电、空调等系统的管理保养维护工作。 Coordinate and Organize the maintenance work for boiler, air compress system, power distribution system, air condition system 2.管理维护公司内给排水、废水处理系统有效地执行政府相关法规。 Manage the maintenance for feed water and drain system, liquid waste disposal system, comply with government regulation 3.严格执行实施消防法规对消防系统的维护管理。 Make the maintenance for fire protection system strictly compliance with the relative law 4.维护厂房设施正常使用，符合GMP要求。 Ensure the factory facility is in order and meet GMP requirement 5.组织并落实管辖内所有设备的巡检和预防维修工作。 Organize the checking and preventive maintenance for equipment 6.负责预防维修和备件计划的完善、制定设备运行操作SOP。 Improve preventive maintenance plan, set up SOP for operating equipment 7.负责下属日常工作安排、人员管理和对下属进行工作指导，监督和评价下属的工作表现及负责本组人员绩效评估及奖金考核。 Arrange subordinates daily work, staff management and guide subordinate, supervise and assess their performance, responsible for the performance appraisal and bonus review 8.与本部门相关的项目的组织实施、管理、验证工作。 Organize, manage and validate projects 制定部门员工的培训、发展计划及组织实施。 Make and implement employee training and development plan
职位要求	JOB Required: Ø 本科以上学历，机械或自动化专业。 Bachelor or above in mechanism and automation Ø 5年以上企业动力设备、设施维修管理经验。 Over 5 years experience dynamic system, equipment maintenance Ø 公用设备设施维护专业知识specialty in utility maintenance GMP相关知识GMP knowledge Ø 能熟练应用电脑及办公软件。Skillful in using computer and office software 英语：熟练的听说读写能力。Good English in reading listening speaking and writing Ø 具有良好的组织协调能力。Good organizing and coordinating skill
