职位描述	Reports To: Factory Director (Tianjin) and Global Sourcing Director Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing and developing sourcing in China and surrounding countries to improve competitiveness in terms of cost, quality and delivery accuracy. This will be achieved trough continuous development of supplier base, sourcing systems and good co-operation with sourcing, engineering and manufacturing across the business areas and organizations Ø DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES l Lead Sourcing Team in Tianjin to achieve challenging goals l Build sourcing system and process in accordance with global sourcing l Develop supplier database for globally l Secure supply quality l Closely cooperate with global sourcing team to achieve optimum savings set by Group
职位要求	QUALIFICATIONS l MNC sourcing process and vendor development experiences in China, l Industry Product background with bachelor degree of engineering is a must. l More than 10 years of MNC sourcing process and vendor development experiences in China, at least 5 years lead experience on sourcing Mgr position. l Fluent English and Chinese l Strong communication and negotiation skills. l Be proactive at work. l Strong leadership skill.
