Overall Job Function:
1. Serve as assistant to CSM as the key interface to customers.
2. Responsible and manage a team of CSR on all aspects of customer specific activities.
3. Language: Chinese, Korean or English

Specific Duties &Responsibilities:

1. Deal with customers on Order and RMA Management.
2. Resolves all liabilities with customer in a timely manner.
3. Key liaison personnel between customer and company.
4. Management and assurance of meeting customers' requirements and e xp ectations
5. Lead and coach the CSR team members in meeting the project objectives.
6. Escalation path to the customer.
7. To assist the CSM in planning & managing the sales & marketing activities
8. Other temporary work assigned by superior.
职位要求 Special Skills / Knowledge Requirements:

1. College graduate or above, 6 years or above enterprise management e xp erience in logistics; Or junior college graduate, 8 year or above enterprise
2. Strong ability in Listening, speaking, reading and writing in English,
3. Use office software skillfully
4. Strong team work spirit and communication ability.
5. Management e xp erience in logistics.
