职位描述	Salary structure maintenance such as Mercer job class evaluation system, making evaluations on specific job position related to new hires and promotions Participate Salary survey and provide relevant salary statistics Propose annual salary adjustment and bonus distribution based on statistics Payroll and other daily salary management Define policy and ensure implementation on employee benefit package such as social insurance and other commercial insurance for employee Up-grade and trouble-shoot on reliable and efficient HR databases and systems such as payroll system, leave of absence system, local employee database, and etc. *Assist HR manager on performance management implementation.
