职位要求	Job title: Sales Director 销售总监 Base in BJ or TJ Main responsibility: 1. According to the area sales budget which had been set up by the company, make each area action plan & sales budget and sales expenses allocation; 2. Develop and manage each area distributors;Credit, delivery management and payment control of each distributors;Visit and contact with distributors; 3. Market price management and control; Investigate and make a survey of Market information (including main competitor’s activity); 4. Project record management;Make action plan for key projects;Credit evaluation for the projects;Visit and track projects frequently; 5. Read and check SR(South of China) daily work report and project report on time;Hold area sales meeting;control each area sales expenses;Evaluate SR’s sales target fulfillment; 6. Report to Commercial Director 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Over 5 years working experience on sales, with 3 years above sales team mangement experience. 3. Good english proficiency 4.
