IE Standard and ISO documentation establishment. 2. Organize the work of BOM / POS / documentation establishment and review. 3. Material management improving, labor hour reduction, raw material using efficiency improving and manufacturing cost reduction 4. Organize the work of fixture and design / manufacture review / receiving inspection. 5. Organize the work of jobsite layout improvement plan and analysis. 6. Critical product test device design and manufacture 7. New technique transfer, implementation and training. 8. Industry sanitation review and improvement 9. Implement lean concepts in supply chain organization to substantially improve the operating and financial performance. 10. Process improvement; identify the value stream and the areas that require improvements in supply chain organization, standardization to eliminate process variation. 职位要求 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with Engineering background. 2. Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience on technique or production management in large-scale join venture or single proprietorship enterprises. Minimum 5 years working experience at Senior Manger Role of Technology management and Manufacturing. 3. Language: Fluently reading, listening, writing, speaking in English 4.
