职位描述	R&D Production Engineer(研发产品工程师)- YK2008105 1. Quality at suppliers (doing outgoing inspection at suppliers) at suppliers factory. Also setting direction for ensuring the quality level 2. Collaborate with suppliers (on EMS, components manufacturers), purchasing and R&D in Germany 3. Doing analysis, conclusions and corrective actions on: “Customer complaints” own quality observations. Coordination with R&D Germany 4. Auditing EMS and sub suppliers
职位要求	1. Major in: Electronic and Mechanics (Master (preferred) or Bachelor). 2. Know production process and sequence of electronic 3. Experience of IQC and OQC (ISO 9000/ISO14000/ISO/TS16949) 4. Familiar with microcontroller, peripheral circuit, Labview and components, SMT, EMS 5. Experience with documentation in SAP/R3 or similar 6. 3 years of experience in production Engineering 7. Systematic mythology on problem solving (8D mythology) 8. Good English skills verbally and in writing (level CET6)
