职位描述	1. Responsible for product flow and routings through the factory. 2. Must use innovative approaches in collecting and evaluating data to arrive at technically accurate conclusions. 3. Apply extensive technical expertise to top level objectives related to lean manufacturing and variation reduction. 4. Evaluate feasibility of different approaches to resolve problems, improve the quality of product. 5. Evaluate, track and report progress and results and recommend major changes in procedures or objectives. 6. Lead problem solving activities in a progressive, team-oriented environment. Drive process improvement efforts to increase quality, productivity, and increase machine utilization. 7. Work with design engineers to support introduction of new products and support Design For Manufacturability targets. 8. Design tooling/fixtures and provide cost estimates on new products. 9. Direct and train workers engaged in production on the factory floor. Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on production processes. 10.Maintenance the routing, resource in Oracle system.
